    This registration form is for individual students and their families coming to visit campus.     Daily visit registrations are currently open through Friday, December 18, 2026. Registration for winter visit dates (Monday, January 4 - Friday, March 19) will open up in early November 2026! Please check back on this website at that time to register.

    For our individual students and families, please take a moment to read this information prior to choosing a visit day:

    • The Welcome Center will be closed the following dates:
      • Monday, September 7 (OSU closed for Labor Day)
      • Monday, September 14 - Tuesday, September 22 (Welcome Center closed for annual staff training, no visits available during this time)
      • Friday, October 16 (Welcome Center closed for our Beaver Open House program)
      • Friday, October 30 (Welcome Center closed for our Beaver Open House program)
      • Wednesday, November 11 (OSU closed for Veterans Day)
      • Thursday, November 26 - Friday, November 27 (OSU closed for Thanksgiving)
      • Monday, December 21, 2026 - Friday, January 1, 2027 (Welcome Center closed for winter break)
    • We close visit registration 3 days in advance to prepare materials and staffing. If a visit date below has closed, we still welcome visitors to join us on that date! Email visit.osu@oregonstate.edu for assistance registering for a closed date, and/or you're welcome to walk in the day-of and register with us for a visit!
    • For prospective students transferring to Oregon State University from another community college/university, we encourage you to schedule your campus visit on a Tuesday or Friday, when we have a transfer general admissions presentation and a transfer tour! However, no matter what day you visit, we'll provide an excellent visit experience for you.
    To register for a visit day, please select a date on the calendar at the bottom of this page. Click on the orange date on the calendar, which will pop up a link below the calendar. Then, scroll down and click on the "Campus Visit" hyperlink below the calendar to see all the visit options available that day. You can move between months using the arrows on the calendar.
