For our individual students and families, please take a moment to read this information prior to choosing a visit day:

The Welcome Center will be closed the following dates:

Monday, November 11th (Veterans Day, OSU closed)

Friday, November 15th (Beaver Open House, no daily visits)

November 28-29th (Thanksgiving break, OSU closed)

December 23 - January 3 (Winter break, Welcome Center closed)

Monday, January 20 (Martin Luther King Day, OSU closed)

Monday, February 17 (Orange & Black Day, no daily visits)

Friday, March 14 (Orange & Black Day, no daily visits)

We close visit registration 3 days in advance to prepare materials and staffing. If a visit date below has closed, we still welcome visitors to join us on that date! Email visit.osu@oregonstate.edu for assistance registering for a closed date, and/or you're welcome to walk in the day-of and register with us for a visit!

For prospective students transferring to Oregon State University from another community college/university, we encourage you to schedule your campus visit on a Tuesday or Friday, when we have a transfer general admissions presentation and a transfer tour! However, no matter what day you visit, we'll provide an excellent visit experience for you.

Registration for spring term visit dates (Monday, March 31 - Friday, June 13, 2025) will open up in early February 2025!
To register for a visit day, please select a date on the calendar at the bottom of this page. Click on the orange date on the calendar, which will pop up a link below the calendar. Then, scroll down and click on the "Campus Visit" hyperlink below the calendar to see all the visit options available that day. You can move between months using the arrows on the calendar.
