Welcome Center Campus Partner Tour Request

This form is to be used by current OSU faculty or staff to request a campus tour for a visitor(s). Visitors may be job candidates interviewing for a position, newly hired staff/faculty, visiting scholars, distinguished alumni or other special visitors. Tour availability is contingent upon Welcome Center staffing. After submitting this form, you'll receive a confirmation email and our staff will follow up with you within 3-5 business days regarding your tour request.

Please only submit 1 tour request per form. If you have multiple different tours (different dates, times, etc.) that you'd like to request, please plan to submit 1 form per each tour.

If you are looking to request a tour for a group of visiting high school or community college students, please go to our group visits website and register for a visit there.

Please note the Welcome Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for visits and is closed on university holidays, large visit program days and during our fall staff training. Upcoming closure dates where tours are not available during 2024-2025 include:

Information about our campus tours:

Campus tours are provided by the student TOUR Ambassadors for the Welcome Center. Tours are typically 1 hour long, leaving from the Welcome Center located in the southwest corner of Reser Stadium, and they generally end at the Memorial Union. The start/end location may be flexible based on your needs.

The general campus tour route covers the core part of campus. TOUR Ambassadors are thoroughly trained to provide tours that cover information about: all the undergraduate majors/colleges at OSU, numerous student support services and resources, cultural centers, athletics, and more. Ambassadors will also share personal stories about their experiences as OSU students. Please note that Welcome Center TOUR Ambassadors are not trained about every academic building on campus, nor are they able to provide uniquely customized tours about a specific academic program or building.

Remember to please only submit 1 tour request on this form. If you have multiple different tours that you'd like to request, please plan to submit 1 form per each tour.

We encourage new employees to join one of our scheduled daily campus tours with other visitors. These tours are 90 minutes long and will introduce employees to all things OSU: all the academic colleges/majors, student support services and resources, etc. Campus tours will see a sample residence hall room, will go through Dixon Recreation Center, will look inside the Student Experience Center and the Memorial Union, and will inform employees about the many services at OSU that can support students.

We offer 3 daily tours per day, please select the tour you would like to join on the date you selected above:

12:00-1:30 p.m.

3:00-4:30 p.m.
