Campus Group Visits



    Thanks for your interest in a campus group visit with Oregon State University!

    The Welcome Center at Oregon State University can provide information sessions and campus tours to prospective student groups from high schools and/or community colleges. You can customize the length and content of your campus group visit using our registration form.

    **Please note: Elementary and middle school visits should click here for more information and to register for group visits hosted by Precollege Programs. High school and community college groups can use the calendar below to register.

    This registration is NOT for individual students/families or a group of friends and a parent wanting to attend a daily visit; instead you should use our daily visit registration to set up your visit.


    Registrations for summer term visit dates (Monday, June 15, 2026 - Friday, September 11, 2026) will open in early May 2026. 

    Use the calendar below to see our availability for days/times for your campus group visit. Any date that displays in green indicates we have availability for a group visit that day; click on that date to see our open timeframes. Keep in mind that although the events are listed in 3 hour increments, you can customize the length of your visit anywhere from 1-3 hours.
