At the Honors College, we believe that innovation and accomplishment emerge from an environment that values, hears, and respects diverse voices and perspectives. To join this important conversation, every incoming Honors College student participates in our Summer Read program. This program provides you with a free e-book to read over the summer months, and students then engage in conversation with fellow incoming honors students about the book at the very beginning of fall term. Everything Is Tuberculosis: The History and Persistence of Our Deadliest Infection by John Green.

Incoming HC students should have already received an email (to their OSU ONID email account) with instructions about how to retrieve their free e-book from Amazon.com.

Space in each session is limited! Register soon to ensure you can pick a time that works for your schedule. We were mindful not to schedule over key OSU events – we recommend registering as soon as possible.
